Multi eCommerce Store Sync

We run two different eCommerce stores with hundreds of products, with dozens of variants per product. The stores have both overlapping SKUs and SKUs that are unique to each store. Keeping the inventory in sync between the two stores is essential for a good customer experience and to avoid mis-selling products. We tried doing this manually, but it was near impossible to keep the stock up to date.

Solution

We implemented an automated sync with Comstack. The automated sync only syncs inventory levels of common SKUs between both stores and ignores the rest. The inventory level sync is done as soon as a sale happens, inventory is received or if it changes for any other reason. This has saved us a ton of time and helped grow sales by showing our full inventory on both stores. The sync also auto-detects if we have accidentally duplicated an SKU and sends us an email notification!
