What the full guide covers

The video is structured as two acts:

1. Catalog — browse S&S inside Supply Master, set up filters for the styles you sell, import variants/images/inventory/pricing into Shopify, confirm products in Shopify Admin, and open the live storefront product page.
2. Orders — open Order Settings, configure dropship fields (combine orders off, ship to customer, Order Sync mode, warehouse/shipping/payment profile), save, open the Orders tab, review PENDING rows, Hold and Release when you need a pause, then Submit Now and see SUBMITTED with a PO number.

Act 1 — Catalog and storefront

Browse, filter, and import

Act 2 — Dropship order sync

Order Settings

On Edit Supplier → Order Settings:

• Combine Orders: No — each Shopify order becomes its own S&S PO (standard dropship).
• Ship To Address — customer's address on the PO, not your warehouse.
• Order Sync — automatic (within minutes), scheduled (once daily), or manual (full control). Automatic removes the daily Submit step.
• Warehouse Selection, Shipping Method, and Order Payment Settings — routing and billing profile S&S expects on each PO.

Save, then open the Orders tab.

Queue, hold, and submit

When Shopify orders arrive, each row shows the customer's ship-to address. With manual sync, status is PENDING until you submit.

Use Hold to pause an order in the queue — it will not submit until you Release. Click Submit Now to place the PO; status moves to SUBMITTED and tracking updates on the Shopify order when S&S ships.
